We document operating conditions, regulatory requirements, performance targets, and acceptance criteria before a single schematic is drawn.

Engineering

Our engineers develop the hardware architecture, select components for long-term supply availability, and run DFM analysis against our production capabilities.

Prototype

First articles are assembled under the same process controls as production. We do not use shortcut methods that hide production risks.

Validation

Environmental stress screening, functional testing, and third-party certification where required. Every variance is documented and resolved.

Manufacturing

Production travellers, work instructions, and statistical process control ensure every unit matches the validated build standard.

Testing

ICT, flying probe, and functional test at board and system level. Burn-in and ESS for programs requiring accelerated reliability screening.

Delivery

Serialised traceability records, CoCs, and test data ship with every order. Engineering support continues post-delivery.
